I feel hungry

I have a new found resolve for creating again. Despite my reluctance to pick up on the "painting" craze (haha) I am forging ahead and getting my painting vocabulary together. I have also decided to strengthen my own natural ability and build upon my desire to draw. A pencil is a simple tool I suppose, but it's ability to build your dreams on a sheet of paper is immeasurable. I wish I could say I have found this resolve on my own, but I would be giving myself too much credit. Sometimes people come into your life and you want to dust off all your shiny gold stars and show them off. They weren't buried or hidden in some catacomb... You just needed a good reason to show them off again. Shine them up a little to bask in their attention. Shiny gold stars don't mean anything if no one is looking right? When the right person is looking, that's all the matters.
